When my project reference to LoadMT.dll, it reference to all dataprovider automatically, I do not want to do like this. How I do?

I don't think you can stop it adding all of the references but you can safely delete the references to providers you're not using.

Right, you cannot prevent the medium trust LoaderMT from referencing all providers. But, that only affects compile time. You do not have to distribute all the providers, only the one, or more, you need.
