Hi There,

I tried a few times to renew my subscription today. I keep getting an 'AVS error - address does not match billing address for the credit card' or something like that. The problem is that what I entered IS my billing address where I receive my AMEX statements. Can you please check what happens. I presume the system is not able to check the address because it is 'International' not a US address. I do not have a US address anyway, because I live in Australia.

Please check all failes payment attempts in your logs with an AMEX card that ends in 82005 and you will see what I mean.

Also please let me know how can I renew my subscription.

Thank you,

Sorin

We can take care of this, we just need to setup a time when we can lower the AVS for a moment, please send an email to sales@entityspaces.net and we will coordinate a time.

Hi Mike,

I sent an email yesterday, to which I got no reply and another one just a few minutes ago (at around 21:20 GMT, probably about 16:20 your time).

Can you please have a look into this, so I can pay the reneal. It expires on Monday...

Thank you,

Sorin
