ASPX vs ASCX files in ES2008 templates

Hi There,

 I just installed the ES 2008 upgrade (I was using ES2007 before). I tried to regenerate the ASPX Admin pages but the templates generate ASCX pages (Controls, NOT pages).

Also I found this line in the template (EntitySpaces_VB_ASPX.csgen):

 //temp for scott's testing
private bool IsForDnn = true;

Which should be in fact:  

private bool IsForDnn = false;

:-)

Can you please tell me how to generate the ASP pages?

OK, I read a few more posts and there is talk about a GridLoader example project and a PDF document that are supposed to be installed in the ES2008 folder.

I checked my HDD and there is no GridLoader example project. I chekced both the C:\Program Files\EntitySpaces and the C:\Program Files\Entity Spaces 2008 folders. The only thing that I have are the WebAdmin templates that save ascx files instead of aspx.

Can someone please point me to the right example/documentation. I looked on the site but could not find anything like this.

We apologize for the confusion, it does appear that the GridLoader projects were accidentally omitted from our 2008 installer. We have posted them in the Developer Downloads forum now for you. Here is a direct link, sorry for the confusion.

The GridLoader is not part of 2008.1.1110.0 release and I cannot find the GridLoader via the provided Link.

These are zipped up with the 2008 installer now.

Downloaded the current release (2008.1.1110.0)  again... nothing is zipped! Nothing is installed! Where is the GridLoader Project?

Woops like it was omitted from the latest, however the 2008.1.0927.0 version does include the GirdLoaders.zip so just grab it from there to get moving. We will update the latest release with them as well this evening. Sorry for the confusion.
