No access to the download area

We have one source code and a few developer licenses but currently I am not able to dowload anything.

When you authenticate with the account you used to purchase and go to the 'My Licenses' page found here

http://www.entityspaces.net/portal/MyLicenses/tabid/201/Default.aspx

 It should list your current status as well as display order history. What does it say for you there? I will need the username you used to purchase if you need more information.

I was able to download the earlier versions no problem. My username is "sarosh" and the company name is Jacobs Canada Inc.

Was your purchase ran through manually for some reason or did you purchase from our online store? I will examine your user account.

I'm guessing we ran an invoice for you manually on your last purchase. It appears your maitenance and upgrade period has expired on 06/09/2009 Sarosh.

Jordy Robins (jordy.robins@jacobs.com) is the person in charge of all renewals and she mentioned that she never heard back from you every time she asked for the last invoice and so could do the renewals in time.
