I was reviewing our license this evening and noticed something that made me worried, although we only have 3 developers and we at one point had 4 licenses I believe we are within our limits, however I reviewed my notes and noticed an oddity that I would like to clear up.

On 3/4/2008 we purchased 1 new developer, 1 renewal and added source license. I had noticed that there was an issue in the expiration and logged an entry: http://community.entityspaces.net/forums/permalink/8256/8258/ShowThread.aspx#8258  At the time it appeared that the original license was "granted" due to me bringing this to your attention. I did not renew it in Jan 2009 when we purchased our additional 2 developers and renewed the source license due to my understanding and I believe at the time it showed valid until 4/2010 as the thread had explained however during my review today it appears it is no longer valid until 04/2010.

I am not complaining, I just don't want to lose the 1 license we have here, we truly have 4 active or was our plan and only didn't renew in Jan due to the understanding it was valid until 2010. After reviewing this please let me know you thoughts, if you feel I should have paid for the 09-10 maintenance, I will be happy to, if not please update and I will renew them all in Jan as needed.

 Thanks,

I was trying to look up your information, but could not find anything. Did you use a different entityspaces.net username to make the purchases?

I spotted your last name in the other thread and was able to look up your info purchased under a slightly different username.

Our transaction log indicates that on 23-Jan-2009 (before the price increase in Feb 2009) you purchased 2 Developer and renewed 2 Developer and 1 Source. The expiration dates we have for you are:

                      Developer    Source
Previous post:   4/3/2010  3/4/2009
Current:            4/3/2011  3/4/2010

That looks right to me. What expiration dates were you expecting?

David,Sorry, I didn't realize that I had goofed the two usernames.

I may be lost here, for some reason I thought when I purchased the 2 on 1/23/2009 that I had also purchased an additional support year however it looks like maybe that was the original 2 that was extended until 2011 while the 2 new ones I didn't add support beyond the initial year.

As long as you show that I have 4 active license with 1 source, I am ok, it has been a long couple of months and maybe I am just not remember things correctly.

Thanks for everything.
