Renewals paid early use payment date and not expiry date!

    Hi Guys

I hadn't checked my mail for a couple of days and this morning I received my 30 day renewal email, dated 9th July.  So I thought I'd renew now so I don't risk forgetting.  Followed the instructions and renewed via the Products page.  Firstly the purchase link brought me back to the same page without any obvious confirmation that it had completed successfully.  The expiry date was still showing August 08.  As I didn't want to risk paying twice I exited out and back in again at which point it showed the new expiry date but it is 11th July 2009 not August 2009 as I expected.  It has renewed a year from payment date not the expiry date of the old licence! Surprise

Please confirm that this should not be the case.

    Cheers

I corrected your dates manually, we will take a look at this and see what the cause is, thanks for pointing it out.
