Guys, is there any news on supporting deep serialization or are there any workarounds I could try. My need is pretty basic I need need to return a sale object with saleitems from a Web Service for use in a Win32 legacy application that only understands SOAP.

 Using SQL Server 2005 on the server side and the 2007.0.0730.0 build.

Deep binding and serialization are the next key features to be released. Let me try a test this weekend and see if we can't get you a quick way to do the deep serialization.
