Will there be more templates that are similar to the Admin Suite, I understand that it takes time away from ES development, but Mike mentioned something similar in the .NET Rocks show.  Also, are u taking any beta subscribers for 2008?

One of our goals for ES 2008 is to greatly enhance the templates available for UI generation. We have some ideas for both WinForm and Web UI templates that will take them far beyond the basic scaffolding that is generated by the  WebAdmin Grids in our current beta. The new code generation model planned for ES 2008 will make it much easier for us (and users) to implement and debug more complex templates with advanced template UIs using the tool of their choice - MyGeneration, CodeSmith, or our own ASP.NET based generator.

We are still in the process of finalizing ES 2007. Consequently, we really haven't discussed how betas will work for ES 2008. One thing we have learned from past experience, is that only a small percentage of those downloading betas ever report back to us in the forums. So, whatever beta model we choose, you can bet that we will want the widest possible exposure in order to maximize the number of respondents.

As we approach Gold status for ES 2007, you can look forward to more Blog posts from us regarding ES 2008.
