    When Do I Expire?

    Hi,

Can you tell me how I can check my subscription expiry date?  ES2008 looks too good to risk lapsing! Wink

Do we get a warning email b4 it expires?  (If not - may be a todo idea?)

    Thanks,

    John

    Hi John

If you sign in using the credentials you used when you purchased and then go to the following page it'll tell you what subscriptions you have and when they are due to expire

    https://www.entityspaces.net/portal/products/purchase/tabid/98/default.aspx

    Hope that helps

    Martin

Martin is correct, we also send out an email notification when you are 30 days away from your expiration.

    Re: When Do I Expire?

I never received any renewal notices of any kind.  And when I sign in to your website as described here, it doesn't tell me when I expire.  What's more, I don't seem to have access to downloads anymore, nor do I have an option to renew.

The username for my account is ytbeinc.

What must I do to get this resolved?

    Jeff,

I just sent an email to the address on file for your account. If you do not receive it, please contact sales@entityspaces.net, and reference this thread.

    Re: When Do I Expire?

Is there any special pricing to renew from a developer version to a source version?

    Re: When Do I Expire?

EntitySpaces Developer and Source are sold separately. A Developer purchase is a prerequisite for a Source purchase, and the Source purchase does not include a Developer license. Hence, no special upgrade pricing. They are different products.

So, you can get the renewal discount on Developer, but if this is the first time purchasing source, it would be full price.
