All of my entities appear in the tool box. Normally I would appreciate this, but in my case it's several hundred entities and it takes forever for my projects to load because it's adding all these toolbox items. Compouned that with the fact that VS2008 seems to think I want my toolbox items all expanded, it's a PITA everytime I have to deal with this. Is there a way to prevent this?

Not sure about VS2008, but in VS2005, you can set this to false:

Tools | Options | Windows Forms Designer | General | AutoToolboxPopulate
