We're thinking of creating a few modules for some of the popular content management systems out there, modules that would use ES as the data access layer.  We would like to put these modules up for sale, does the license allow this?  In other words, would we be allowed to distribute the ES DLLs with our modules?

Yes, you can. However, a few quotes from our license:

• The binary redistributables are royalty free to the original Licensee and can be distributed with applications.
• EntitySpaces binary redistributables cannot be used by third parties to build applications or components.

Thus, you're customers could not then take the EntitySpaces runtimes and build applications with the runtimes. They would need to purchase EntitySpaces licenses for themselves in that case. This makes sense of course.
