To see the start and expiry dates of your currently valid EntitySpaces subscription, sign in using the credentials you used when you purchased and then go to our Purchase Page. The last bulleted list item above step 1 (see attachment) will show you this information. We send renewal notices 30 days prior to expiration, but have no way to guarantee that spam filters will let them through. It is your responsibility to keep track of your expiration date. Once an account has expired a new purchase is required, it is no longer considered a renewal.
