    esDataSource databinding in Sql 2000

    Hey everyone,

    I've managed to get the esDataSource to bind properly in 2K5 Express, but our production environment is running Sql 2000.  What would I have to do besides turning off the paging and sorting in both a gridview and the datasource to get the source to bind?
